1991 manages the entire process, from the initial concept, the procurement of specialist design consultants, co-ordinating the town planning submissions and approvals, tendering of your scope, construction documentation and coordination whilst seeking and involving the client in approvals throughout the process.
FINANCIAL
BUDGET CONTROL:
1991 will work with you to establish your projects budget. 1991 will assess all procurement selections and provide recommendations and advise any potential value management through alternative solutions. 1991 will provide assessment, evaluations and reporting of your budget to ensure the projects costs are communicated and understood. All in all maintaining order and control of the projects financial outcome in line with clients expectations.
TENDER AND CONTRACTS:
1991 will actively tender the projects scope to the market including any client preferred contractors whilst also utilising 1991 industry relationships. 1991 will complete all vetting and scoping of the project and also conduct all contract negotiations to ensure that all requirements are captured against the projects budget.
CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
1991 oversee all aspects of the project from the negotiation of the contract, to consultant and contractor selection and management, program and cost monitoring and the final delivery to ensure that all of the projects objectives are achieved. Our team set clear goals from the start and with our attention to detail and regular communication with clients, contractors and consultants; we deliver projects on time and within budget.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:
1991 will maintain communication with the build team onsite navigating all stages of the project through to final delivery. 1991 conduct regular site coordination meetings with the contractor team to ensure the projects quality and safety is maintained. This ensures accurate reporting and management of the program for there client.
